jackson has always had a kind of wary fascination with the lahey twins who live next door. everyone knows erica and isaac are close—almost too close for siblings, people say. during spring break, on the night of the biggest rave of the year, jackson discovers just how far that closeness goes—the laheys share everything with each other, including lovers. as far as jackson is concerned it was a one-time thing, but when he sees the twins at school they are less than subtle about their desire for a repeat performance.

“so what do you say, jackson?” erica purrs. she’s got an arm around his neck, her hips grinding against his. isaac simply smirks over his sister’s shoulder, his eyes boring into jackson’s. 

“what, both of you?” 

“we’re kind of a package deal,” isaac says, voice pitched low.

jackson can’t really help the questioning raise of his eyebrows, or the expression of almost smug curiosity—surprised that the rumors about isaac and erica are actually true, and yet not surprised at all that it was him they chose. it’s like he keeps telling danny, after all: he’s everyone’s type.
